Thought it was a 10:10 start tonight. Guess the cap tipping to the Don Drysdale and Mike Marshall de jour against this offense started an hour earlier.

Stubbs strikes out on a pitch that nearly hits him.

0 for 28 is hard to do. Remarkable.

Jay Bruce no longer holds the world record for most futile slump.

I guess it's a tip of the cap.
Yes the Dodgers have been simply terrific the last three weeks. No Kershaw and we're headed South down the 5 at a .333 clip after the last two nights of offensive sleepwalking.

Steve Garvey went 0 for 27 in 1978. He was avery streaky hitter.....but this is a bad comp.

I thought H-C had a bad groin since ST and has been playing through it......is that where his power went?

Stubbs is so bad I don't even have the right word for it.

But I do know this: If he weren't a former first-round pick, he'd been in AAA right now. #guaranteed

Can't wait to see the Dusty philosophy of refusing to work the count tomorrow night against Volquez. This could get embarrassing.

What in fact would be the record (and still start daily)?

Hey Jake, I lived in KC for a short bit off Barry. Nice town.
