HometownHero, how do you call the Cardinals WLB's when you whine about them FAR more than they do about anything. Over the course of the year, teams get even amount of breaks. If the Braves or Reds had gotten the "Infield Fly Call" in their favor, you'd post 1000's words on how it was the right call. I mean the fact that you honestly believe that everything the Cardinals do is a result of luck and luck alone is pathetic. STOP CRYING.

You did say this too, which is incorrect. Like I said, you both are kinda right and kinda wrong.

If I thought someone called me a racist name, I would tell everyone about it.

How is ruining the integrity of the game and cheating worse than calling out a racist?

Since you're so serious about the integrity of the game, a picture of Pete Rose would have been a perfect response.

More of a suggestion from man to "man".

It was more about hiding on Twitter than anything.

Cards earned this victory, but you have to admit they have no business being in the playoffs. They only got there because the rules were changed in order for MLB to make more money at the expense of the dignity and integrity of the game.

I have no problem with the Reds losing to the Giants, it was a well played series by two teams who earned the right to play in the postseason. No way I would ever think that if the Reds got in by being the second wild card team and finishing 9 games out of first.

I like that idea, but would prefer Holliday out with a broke leg!

The 2nd WC is bad with the format they have for it. It should be a best of 3 (at least). What they should do (if they're dead set on the 2 WC's) is vut the regular season to 154 games, best of 3 WC (or best of 5) and do all best of 7's for the LDS, LCS and WS.

Pete has been banned from baseball because he got caught breaking the rules, and you'll never hear me argue he shouldn't have been.

The difference between him and many of the Cardinals, is that he got caught.

Pete SHOULD be in the Hall of Fame for what he did as a player. My point was that EVERY SINGLE TEAM has had someone who has blemished the integrity of the game. Every single one.

I agree about the 154, but I don't think any wild card team should get in. I think you have to be good enough to win a division to play after the season is over. As soon as they started the first wild card, all World Champions were tarnished and weakened, imo. And I will say that if the Reds ever win a World Championship by being a wild card team.

Many? McGuire, absolutely. He came out and admitted it so less angry with it.
