This may all blow up, but I kind of like this Partch guy. Plus he's wearing Jim Maloney's No. 46 (which I still think should be retired--how many no-no's did he have?)

It's only four runs boys. Remember that 9th inning magic to spoil the Cardinals home opener in front of the largest regular season crown in Busch history? I do.

    Let's do this!

No where to go but up when the first batter you face in the MLB hits a GS that is probably still traveling

Btw, this rationale by Baker suggests he taught his kids how to swim by tossing them in the ocean

Yeah. Tough beginning for him, but he has shown me something since. He needs to be in AAA. but he might be a serviceable reliever down the road.

It does seem like he ran back forever but the CF wall is deeper in Cincinnati according to the distance listed on the wall

What do we do about Frazier guys? Is this a long slump or do we look else where?

Well, you definitely shouldn't bat him 4th...he is a good fit in the 6 or 7 hole...

there's nothing like bowling a 300 game! 13 now and retired.

Ricky henderson has a higher OBP than C. patterson and he's retired. C. Trent 6-14-2008

I would look elsewhere and have him be a super sub. His swings way too long and he has a terrible time with pitch recognition.

I'd pay a decent ransom for Mark Reynolds

A big wakeup call for Todd would be to bring Scott Rolen back and play him a few games.

Oh, god. It's Parra. What do they see in him?

He throws the ball with his left arm and he hasn't been bad lately
