I'm guessing, by the draft at the latest, Heisey will be in AAA. Or maybe the idea is to get Heisey some serious push as a prospect so that he may be dealt. If so, dominating AA is also a great gig.

Having both Stubbs and Heisey perform at such high levels means more opportunities to find answers. Hopefully, the Reds don't simply stand pat and watch prospects turn into suspects as they age. Hopefully, Cincinnati picks the right prospect to send away in a trade. Hopefully, Cincinnati picks the right CF for now and the future.

I'd like to see them hang on to Heisey. Stud center fielders don't grow on trees.

Soto now at 287/320/401 with a 721 OPS. Pretty solid after a month of scuffling, but he needs to show that power soon. If that happens, the walks should come. Maybe not a ton of them, but enough so that he's not all-hit anyway.

Yeah his numbers have been really solid. Good bb/k ratio's, good on base skills, respectable slugging, good baserunner and from all accounts he holds his own in the field. It's time for a callup to AAA.
