Talk about a flash in the pan. Lahair rode a .600 BABIP in April to an All Star appearance and then fell off the map. From May through the end of the season he hit .231/.303/.381 as a first baseman and corner outfielder.
Yeah and he k'd a ton..it wasn't a recipe for longevity.
In one of my fantasy leagues, just before the off-season started, I traded LaHair for a draft pick. Should I feel obligated to give him the pick back? I won't, but I'm just wondering.
