    I like Bruce ahead of Votto again even if it means back to back lefties, but seriously Hermeda seems to have just as many starts as Heisey at this point.

    In all seriousness. I believe Dusty is seeing what he can do while he is here, then once people come off the DL he will be banished to AAA for a LONGGGGG time for this awful showing he has had.

    "Seeing what he can do?" Are you serious? This isn't spring training. These games count.

    This is ridiculous. Hermida has had 12 AB with 0 hits and 0 BB and 6 K. Well I guess you want to get your 5th OFer out of his slump right?

    Hermida is 4 for 12 with a hr against Vasquez. I guess that's why Dusty is starting him.

    I wonder what Heisey would be against him? I guess we will never know - but I am certain that Hermida likely has better numbers against 95% of the pitchers in baseball than Heisey - as Heisey has never faced them, and has not been traded from team to team.

    Laughable? Putting a poorly constructed lineup card out is anything but laughable..

    Well it is not the first poorly constructed line-up card - and really at this point Hermida has got to start hitting something soon. (This is the same thing I said of Gomes during Spring Training before he became red hot.) Because a major league baseball player can't do any worse. I would not be surprised if Hermida had a couple of hits. He is in a good part of the line-up.

    But it is laughable.

    Reward for going 0-12 with 6 K'S? Batting fifth.

    Stupidity=Dusty.

    Now watch him go 4-5.

    Dusty is certainly giving Hermida time, patience will hopefully pay off. Or we'll send his ass back down if he doesn't produce.
