After Phillips walks, we'll see the wisdom of Frazier in the 5 hole.

    DatDude2RBI!
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

or a 2 run single by Phillips works as well.

I don't believe that clutch is a skill players possess that has significant influence on the game, but as a thing that happens over certain stretches Phillips has been CLUTCH so far this year.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

I feel like Thom and the announcers are the only ones who care that BP doesn't steal bases anymore.

One thing I always like is that Phillips looks like he's having fun, even when things aren't going so well. He keeps his cool

Frazier gets jobbed on a strike 3 call.

I have to think that the batting order switch had something to do with BP's RBI single. I doubt he gets anything good if Bruce is on deck.
