Marvin did talk about that when the Bengals were having trouble staying out of the police blotter. He offered a simple solution, don't put yourself in that position.

If it was two years ago, I'd say it was a great move, but now it was just odvious. It's not like they were going to stick with him through an indefenite suspension.
Now the Bengals have a serious need at WR. I'd expect them to take at least two in the draft and one on the first day.
