I saw 6 weeks. He will miss the entire preseason and probably some regular season games. On the flip side, he'll be well rested for the playoffs!

Yeah, I've read anywhere from four to six weeks...not good.
It said 2-4 on ESPN bottom line, edited title with additional info...
Hobson saying no more than a month...

Bengals have plenty of depth at CB with Allen and Newman so it may not be a bad thing to work the kid in slowly.
On a side note can we ever get to the point where we erase the word Bungle from the vocab.
If you have a losing record at Reds games, please stop going.
Today's readings are painting a slightly rosier picture than yesterday's. Maybe ready by late preseason?

My guess is that he was probably high when he did this.
But hey, good thing this guy has Swag.
They're the Bungles until they win a playoff game. I understand that is setting the bar awfully high. It's only been 22 years.
It doesn't sound as bad as originally reported. It shouldn't be too big of a problem, a talent like him should be able to get worked into certain defenses pretty fast.
And I agree, calling them the 'Bungles' is really lame. Especially when most of us here are Bengals fans.
That's not what Dre says:
http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/...re-kirkpatrickBengals first-round CB Dre Kirkpatrick says there is no bone break in his knee.
Reports regarding Kirkpatrick's knee have varied. The NFL Network reported that he'll be out six weeks with a fractured knee bone, while ESPN said the rookie will be out 2-4 weeks. For what it's worth, Kirkpatrick seems unfazed and is calling the injury a "bump in the road." Jul 27 - 11:59 AM
