Mudcats strand Phipps at third in the top of the first. He did steal second base in the inning.

After one inning Carolina down 2-0. Thompson has pitched a total of 18.2 innings this year before tonight in four starts. Starting pitching is putting this team in a whole way too often.

Yorman Rodriguez is 1-for-1 and has stolen his 7th base. That single extended his hitting streak to eight games.

Castro drives in Cook to put Carolina on the board. Thompson needs to make a stand in this inning.

Josh Smth looking good. Is he a level too low?
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

Costanzo goes deep driving in Thompson to give Carolina 3-2 lead. Mr. Thompson, please take advantage of this.

Middle of three, Mudcats up 3-2. Tennessee has six batters in the line up that are batting .300 or better.

With the aid of a DP, Thompson escapes a two on and nobody out. Carolina still up.

Where did this guy come from? He was rock solid as a reliever last year as well.
