Fultz is a reasonable Plan B for a LOOGY, although he's one of those veterans who probably has an out clause in his contract should an opportunity arise. So if he doesn't win a job (probably won't, barring injury), it'd be a surprise if he lasted the entire season in AAA.
I like Bankston as a darkhorse breakout/late-bloomer candidate. Although it means Dorn may not get the first look at AAA, there should be enough ABs to go around.
Nix is basically another Corey Patterson with more power and less speed. He can't really hit major-league pitching, but he could probably do the DeWayne Wise thing and fill a roster spot when it's required.
