My guess is it's the Nationals.

Yahoo sports (Jeff Passan) says the Reds were going after him like crazy, but were skeptical they could land him.

    From Yahoo:

Few NL teams beyond the Marlins have been linked to Chapman. The Houston Astros and Washington Nationals sent their general managers to the workout. The New York Mets are an intriguing possibility as well, fulfilling Chapman’s desire to play in a big city. The Cincinnati Reds were “going after him like crazy,” according to a source, but were skeptical about landing him.

    Jeff Passan's twitter:

Narrowed it down: It's an NL Central team. Cincinnati making more and more sense. Reds "going after him like crazy," team source said. ''

    Update:

Non-stop Delta flight left FLL for Cincinnati at 9:20 this morning. Another source said $30 million deal is for five years.

It's legit. Passan has an article up on Yahoo confirming Chapman has signed with a National League team.

Please no more negative thoughts right now. Only happy thoughts haha. We are so used to just bad news as Reds fans this would be incredible.

A nice way to ease the pain of a Bengal playoff loss. Thanks for the updates guys, great signing if it's true. We may have to call the rotation of Cueto, Chapman, and Volquez, Latino Heat.

If you have a losing record at Reds games, please stop going.

Not doubting that part, I read his article, just wanted to be sure this flight to Cincinnati stuff is legit too because of the newness of the twitter account.
