Very true but Votto is one of the premier hitters in the game and I'm not going to trade him for any pitcher heads up.These guys today pitch 190 innings and there's a threat there arm is gonna fall off.

Not to mention that offensive production has become more valuable the last few years. If you have a guy like Votto in this day and age you better keep him if you want any shot at competing.
