Sometime during the last discussion, I became sold on Vincej.

Sean Buckley, again. Look for a monster year in 2013 from Buckley. He just needs to cut down on the K's.. Devin Lohman as well, 3rd round pick is developing nicely, good numbers in 2012

Give me the high upside starter over the shortstop prosepct that will likely never hit and the scouting director's son who took a major step back last year.

I don't think I would describe any of the remaining guys as 'high upside'. 'Higher than the rest' perhaps, but all the legit high upside guys have been gone for a while. All of the guys we are debating now project as fringe major leaguers whose ceiling is platoon player, or middle reliever, or a back of the rotation starter.

Well, my pitch for Juan Perez on the last poll impressed nobody. So I'll turn to Selsky while acknowledging that votes for Vincej and Manno are also well-cast, in my view.

Voted for Buckley, but if I had another vote it would have gone to Phipps. He's looked pretty good this spring.

Buckley. He's the only guy I see left (other than maybe Kivel as a pitcher) who has everyday player potential, but only if he can develop his power and cut down on strikeouts.

I didn't see your pitch in the last poll (because I didn't swing by while the last poll was active), but I did just vote for Perez. Young, decent eye at the plate, good wheels, power should develop as he matures. A little more BA and he's a prospect.
