Re: 6-22 vs Cardinals -- Dunn out of the 6 hole

Maybe if LaRue has a couple of good games, they can drop Dunn to 8th...that's of course on days that Keisler doesn't start.

Re: 6-22-05 Reds and Cardinals

Reds' starters today versus Mark Mulder:

Lopez- .200/.200/.200 in 5 at bats

Aurilia- .095/.174/.143 in 21 at bats

Casey- .417/.417/.833 with a homer and a run batted in in 12 at bats

Griffey- .400/.400/.600 in 5 at bats

Randa- .333/.343/.606 with 2 homers and 6 RBI in 33 at bats

Dunn- .125/.222/.250 with a run batted in in 8 at bats

Pena- .000/.000/.000 in 6 at bats

LaRue- .000/.000/.000 in 4 at bats

Ortiz- Never Faced Mulder

Re: 6-22 vs Cardinals -- Dunn out of the 6 hole

Utterly ridiculous. Dunn's going to get a lot of pitches to hit with LaRue protecting him.

I'm almost hoping he gets traded this point, to a team who realizes his talent and actually (gasp) recognizes that he's a middle of the order hitter.

Re: 6-22 vs Cardinals -- Dunn out of the 6 hole

I can't believe people were really expecting something different. We all know DanO isn't a numbers guy so why should his manager be one.

Re: 6-22 vs Cardinals -- Dunn out of the 6 hole

I just missed the fact that Timmy continues to occupy the 2-hole.

I'd be slightly more ticked if I actually cared about this team right now. Reds management breeds apathy.
