Especially "28 Days Later". I've been alone in a big city, albeit late at night, when there is absolutely no cars or anyone else around and it is dead quiet. I've pondered before what I would do if I woke up one morning and there was no one else around.

The apocolyptic end of the world zombie movie is a great concept. I can't think of a better beginning 15 minutes to a movie with that theme than 28 Days Later. All time though my favorite zombie flick is still the original Dawn of the Dead with Shawn of the Dead running a close second.

Totally agree, that and the scene where the elevator door opens to reveal that FlyBoy has been turned into a zombie and is now hunting down Peter and Fran.
