Did you happen to catch it? That was great television.
I saw part one, but I watched it whilst I was packing to go somewhere, I guess it will pop back up at the pledge drive... it was damn good too.

Programming notice:

Bill Simmons (AKA The Sports Guy) of ESPN Page 2 fame is coming up in a couple minutes on the Tony Kornheiser show.

Sportstalk 980 out of Washington D.C. -- link is in an above post.

Re: Headscratcher...

Anybody know if Kornheiser still has his morning radio show out of D.C.?

My internet radio listening has taken a severe hit in the last 6 months, so I'm not up to speed on Mr. Tony's whereabouts these days.

Thanks.

He has taken off until after his MNF gig is completed. So he may be back about January if he doesn't quit MNF before that.

Re: Headscratcher...

Mr. Tony hasn't been on PTI for like three weeks either! I'm going through withdrawals. At least Wilbon is back and Whitlock is gone...I really don't care for him (Whitlock) at all. LeBetard is at least kind of funny.

Re: Headscratcher...

Mr. Tony returned to the radio today

In addition to the playoff football discussion, TK covered the presidential race, music, and most importantly, Don Rickles.

Good stuff as always on radio. (Let's not talk about his MNF work.)

Here's a link to the live listening.

Here's a link to the podcasts.

Re: Headscratcher...

I missed this thread first time around and have no sportscasting analysis to add, but I do want everyone to know that I plan to use the phrase "black concert t-shirt on the torso of life" once a day for as long as I live, starting today.
