Re: Top Five Favorite Bands EVER
Not in order, necessarily
Beatles (liked them as a little kid, back when they were still around, never stopped liking them) ELO (not saying they were as good as all the other bands on this list, but they were my favorite band as a teen, and will always stay on the list) Split Enz (the band that was before Crowded House, popular when I lived in Sydney, again, memories attached) E-Street Band (huge difference in Springsteen with and without them. Can listen to them for hours and hours. Probably wouldn't have considered them fair game if others hadn't included them, since they were backup for a guy with a name, but if they are, they definitely belong on the list.) The Who/The Stones/U2 (can't pick really. Sorry. Strange thing is, I'm only now starting to give the Stones their due, but I've been listening to them a lot lately.)

That's a good list CJ. I agree about the new U2 album. They lost me there. WOY and I went and saw CVB/Cracker on new years, it was really good.

Re: Top Five Favorite Bands EVER
I've read everyone's posts and maybe I missed it but I don' think so...how does a thread about top 5 band of all-time and not person mentions The Eagles? I'm stunned.
