Has it been made official yet that the transfer will happen on the 19th?

I know I read somewhere that it would happen then but I don't know if that was official or not.

i think there is an official countdown to opening day, but i do not believe there is a countdown to the new ownership.
here is hoping the new owners actually do make some changes...good changes, not "hey, let's hire this nobody from Texas that'll probably be in way over his head" type changes.

I have a very strong feeling this countdown is also correlated with another change near the top of the organization. cough...cough...Dan Obrien...cough

Or atleast it will be soon after that.

Marc Lancaster says in the blog that Castellini will hold a press conference @ 4:30pm Friday the 20th, assuming the ownership deal is approved on Thursday (whihc says Macr, "it will be").

Wouldn't it be nice if Adam Dunn was there and a LTC was announced at that meeting.
