Brian Meadows

Rox miss out on Meadows
January 27
Denver Post: "Following Jim Brower's lead, another free agent relief target has chosen to sign elsewhere, with Brian Meadows narrowing his choices to the Arizona Diamondbacks, Los Angeles Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds."
I don't know much about this guy. Can anyone help.

Re: Brian Meadows

At least Brian Fellows would bring some entertainment to the clubhouse. He could have 'Milton the Goat' (after giving up 5 HRs in 3 innings) in for an interview.

Meadows is strictly chuck-and-duck, NRI material.

Re: Brian Meadows

Meadows has been with Florida, San Diego, Kansas City, and Pittsburgh -- with totally forgettable results. Overall .440 W-L pct., and a 5.04 ERA. Baseball Reference compares him to Albie Lopez, Elmer Dessens, John Wasdin, and Tanyon Sturtze -- NO THANKS!
