I'm not either encouraged or discouraged by what Soto saw or said about Homer Bailey.
Now what he said about Coffer was a little more in-depth. And in just a few sentences he said: Coffey should be the Closer. Coffey was handled wrong last year. Less is more. This tells me he saw Coffey pitch a little last year, or at least spoke to the guy. I like his analysis. Short and to the point.
