Player Stats
I've been messing around with a baseball statistics database I downloaded the other day (http://www.baseball-databank.org). I have a searchable, by player name, section done. It's at http://stats.baseball-wiki.com if anybody wants to check it out.
I plan on expanding it so that top # lists for various stats can be pulled from it, along with team stats and various other things. Its very much a work in progress, so if it's acting up when you check it I'm probably debugging some mistake I made  .Thanks to Cyclone for helping me along with some of the formulae.

ochre's doing a great job putting the searchable online database together, and it's definitely worth checking out. He's even got some sabr stats already up, including RC, RC/27 and BaseRuns.

added a basic team stats page. Only reasonably cool part about it so far is in-line Pythag calculations. I plan on expanding it out to individual players later.
