Reds TV, In-Market

I go to BW3's for all my football games and the game today is on FSN (Astros tv). Will the game be blacked out in Dayton? The reason why it comes in question is that the Indians/Red Sox games have been blacked out here on ESPN, but I have seen them on tv at BW3's when I went there the last few days.

So what do you think? I'm gonna call, but for future purposes, what are the rules to this type of thing? Thanks
