Even if all players were playing at a all star calliber, I would still reject this trade. You are getting 3 players that are slumping(Manny is finally coming around) and giving 3 players that are top 25. Freel is SB machine and Schilling and Pedro are top 5 pitchers.
No way.

Counter with Kent, Manny and Millwood for Schilling, Phillips and Arroyo.
