Brandon Webb/D-Backs V. Reds

I'm both looking towards and not looking towards Friday's night game againt Hot Arizona. Webb who is 7-0 and has been lights out. Boy has 8 walks total.. that's unreal. Reds have the Wild Card lead, but I think could benifit from playing the D-Backs because Arizona has won its past 3 games and won 8 of 10 games. 2 out of 3 from them would boost moral and also. I'm excited about the match up and also nervous of the outcome.. but that is the beauty of the game.

Webb is due for a loss, and I like to to catch teams on a winning streak, because the law of averages, says they are due for a bad series. I would like to catch the cards after winning 5 in a row, than losing 5 in a row.

With that being said, if Webb wins Friday, he will more than likely start the all-star game. Not bad for a Kentucky boy!

True.. Even if Webb doesn't win, I think he needs more attention. With Bonds taking up majority of the press. If it isn't him its Pujols either for defending Bonds or smashing one of his 20+ HR's.
