Baltimore's draft looks pretty solid so far as well..

Rowell, Beato, Britton.. solid picks I think.

That Velazquez guy looks a lot like Soriano, IMO. Build-wise. Never seen him hit (and I doubt he can hit like Soriano).

Why is he subject to the draft? Couldn't he be signed as a FA?
