FSN Ohio replays a condensed, two hour version of the previous night's game most days at noon.
That might be a chance for you.

If you are computer savy, I think you can go to MLB.com and download. Now you won't be able to burn it directly to a DVD from there. You'll have to connect your computer to your VCR/DVD recorder via S-Cable or via audio cables and a VGA to Video output converter.
