Scott Olsen V. Miguel Cabrera
Anyone see the game yesterday? Cabrera misplayed a ball hit to him and after the play Scott Olsen was cursing in Miguels direction. It didn't end there as Miguel and Scott met in the dugout and had to be seperated. Then as Olsen walks by Cabrera, Miguel uses his finger and uses it to push Scotts head. This is unlike Cabrera and I know Joe Girardi doesn't except that behavior on his team. With teams willing to deal the farm for Miguel; do you think the Marlins are more incline to deal him because Sundays game?

Re: Scott Olsen V. Miguel Cabrera
I have heard that Olsen call Cabrera out for not hustling. Girardi apparently agreed with Olsen so we will see what happens.

Re: Scott Olsen V. Miguel Cabrera
Wasnt Olsen involved in something similar with another teammate earlier this year?
I think it was with Randy Messenger. |

Re: Scott Olsen V. Miguel Cabrera
Brantly said it right on baseball tonight.
Olsen needs to worry about his job, when you start worrying about everybody else's (or at least calling them out about it), you aren't going to be very well liked in that clubhouse. I'm sure Scott Olsen has had bad days on the field too...

Re: Scott Olsen V. Miguel Cabrera
Cabrera had many moments last year from what I read. Sounds like two youngsters both having some growing pains.

Re: Scott Olsen V. Miguel Cabrera
I think the Fish need to ship Olson out, perhaps to the Reds for Freel. Obviously they have a cancer that needs cut out.

Re: Scott Olsen V. Miguel Cabrera
I take the opposite tack - I like Olsen calling out Cabrera. Miguel was loafing and barely gave any effort on the play, and Olsen let him know about it. As he was walking away Cabrera then poked him in the face with his finger. Cabrera was out of line, and loafing.
I'll take a talented pitcher who calls out lazy players every day of the week and twice on Sunday. |

Re: Scott Olsen V. Miguel Cabrera
I like it , it shows passion. He want's to win. He should have waited to cuss him after the game in the clubhouse. I wish our team showed some passion. heck I wish they would show emotion...any emotion. winners want to win. Losers just want to draw a check and pad their stats. I'll take Olsen.
