Sarasota is tied at 1 in the 5th.
Cueto- 5 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 3 BB, 7 Ks
looks like my adopted prospect is improving. Would like to see the walk levels decline more. The command should come with more seasoning and experience.
The King Stay The King.
Grant Balfour pitched a scoreless inning in Dayton
Bruce is 2-4 with 2 doubles.
Votto is 1-2 in the Southern League All-Star Game.
Thats good news about Balfour.
Gruler started for the GCL Reds
5 IP, 4 Hits, 1 Run, 1 BB, 3 K
Adam Rosales 3-4, 2 HR
I'm also happy to see that Grant Balfour threw a perfect inning in Dayton and struck out 1. Especially nice to see that he did not walk anyone. Maybe he can help out in the big league bullpen in a few weeks.
I'm more happy to see Gruler's and Cueto's lines than Balfour.
Jordan Smith was the starting pitcher for Billings tonight.
5 IP, 5 Hits, 2 Runs (1 earned), 1 BB, 2 K
Other Billings lines....Won 4-3
Stubbs: 1-3 2 BB (9) 2 SBs (9)
Heisey: 3-3 Stole home. Now hitting .424 in 18 games.

Nice to see Rosales have a good game. I still like his potential if he's able to hit.
Coutlangus did not fare so well in his appearance in the ASG, 2 runs on 2 hits in an inning
Anytime Gruler does well is a huge plus for this organization.
