Normally, Marc Lancaster's blog is pretty timely with the posting....

USA Today is among the quickest, if not the quickest.

http://www.usatoday.com/sports/scores.htm

When it says lineup besides the game, you can click on it.

I use to go to USA Today or Yahoo. But lately the roster has been posted before I can find it online. So, I would say go to RedsZone first.

USA Today is what I use. It is usually the earliest.

MLB.com is pretty fast too.

I can't find the lineups on ESPN anymore.
