Kerry Wood with the Reds 2007.
If the Cubs buy out Kerry Wood at the end of the season should the Reds take a shot at him as a reliever?

I wonder if theres any chance he would sign like a 1-2 million dollar contract with bonuses based on his performance?
If you could get him for a reasonable price, then it would be worth it to take a chance. But if he wants to get paid like hes getting paid now, then its not worth it. |

Im sure the yankees or red sox will at least match and probably beat any deal we would offer wood and I would say thats probably where wood wants to go. So our chances are zero.
