Wasnt Valaika projected to be a utility player?
He leads the Pioneer league in RBIs, tied for first in doubles and tied for 3rd in homeruns.

Logan Parker hit a walk off homerun in the 10th inning to win the game.

Not sure but Valaika has been performing well since being drafted in the 3rd round this year.

His stats at UCSB look like they were decent, excluding 2005.
