Re: 8/28/06 - Reds @ Dodgers

You have got to be kidding me...............

Ross K's, Phillips basically caught stealing, caught in run down, then Hollandsworth gets in a run down and is tagged for the 3rd out.......

2-1 LA mid 4.......

Re: 8/28/06 - Reds @ Dodgers

The ineptness of this team on the current road trip with RISP would make a Buddist want to punch a hole in a wall. Every time you think they have done it all, they find a new way to blunder into an inning ending double play. Only the Reds would have only 1 run when a pitcher threw 4 IP has thrown 84 pitches, walked 5, given up 3 hits, and had an error by his team.

This team is horrible right now... We may win tonight, but still we're not that good at this moment...

I will take the Run. After the pitcher, RYNO is up next inning.

Just when you thought they might have turned the corner. That is the one thing that BP really needs to improve upon next year is his decision making on the base paths. He has to know that the pitchers spot is up next and at worst you turn the order over.

Re: 8/28/06 - Reds @ Dodgers

Why am I putting myself through this? I have to be at work at 7:30 and I am subjecting myself to this garbage.

This season is going down the tubes. We have no offense and this guy is throwing I'm guessing 78 mph "gas" right now.

I'm questioning if this ball club will even win any game the rest of this trip.

Re: 8/28/06 - Reds @ Dodgers

Amazing!!! We just cannot hit in situationally. Runner on 3rd 1 out, and I guarantee we strike out 8-10times. It is SO aggravating because we are better than this!

We need Homer!! There I finally said it after all of these months of holding off. Michalak is NOT a good pitcher!

Re: 8/28/06 - Reds @ Dodgers

We are not as bad as this road trip has been. We are not a WS contender but we are better than this. Seems every signle one of our hitters is stuck in a rut at the same darn time.

Re: 8/28/06 - Reds @ Dodgers

I don't want to see Homer's arm put at risk to try and save a meaningless season. It's been a nice year (until now) but even if we're in the playoffs, we'll more than likely have backed in. This team's no where near contending for a pennant, so there's just no point in rushing Bailey.
