I know everyone is geeked up about Fantasy Football starting and the Fantasy Baseball playoffs getting in gear, but I decided to go ahead and start a Redszone Challenge Fantasy Hockey League.

I've got it set to 10 teams right now, points league [though it can be changed to head to head I suppose if everyone wants.]

If you'd like to join:

ID# is 24439 and the Password is peterose

Its of course a Yahoo free league. I've set a live draft tentatively for Saturday the 9th at 2:30 PM, but again, that can easily be changed once more members are in.

I don't know if I'll make the live draft. I'll try. My son has a football game that day at 2pm and it's an away game, so I'll probably be late for it if I can make it.

We did this last year. I prefer H-to-H, but I'm in either way.

I'm game for head to head if thats what everyone wants. Just went that way by default when I started it.

And the draft can be changed either date and time wise, or simply to an auto pick if everyone wants.

I'd like to see head to head as well, but no big deal either way for me.

As for the draft, I've got a crazy schedule in September with work and my son's football games and practices. Not really a good time for me all month, so no need to change anything on my account.

Draft date has been changed to Saturday, Sept 23 at 7:15pm. It is a live draft (but you can pre-rank if you don't want to draft live). There are 3 teams signed up now, we need at least 5 more to play this season. C'mon guys, it's just for fun...sign up.

There are 5 teams signed up. We could play with 6, I believe. Out of all of the folks on this board, only 5 people enjoy playing fantasy hockey? That's a surprise to me. Draft is supposed to be this Saturday. Please sign up if interested.
