Is it any coincidence...
...that on the day I receive my invitation to buy my playoff tickets, the Reds lose the first game of a road trip that will result in a 2-8 western swing, and take them out of the wild card lead??
For the record, I did plunk the $ down on the next day($1505 for 2 tickets in section 526), knowing full well that I could apply those funds to tickets for next year, which I fully intend to use. Bad karma? I'll have to ask Earl.  bad luck? Fate??
