The figure will involve an Erdos-Borwein constant.

Good grief, math scholars, it's easy. Six. Two per game. Or, heck go with their average in the last two months, 4.13 per game. That means we'll lose two out of three. Matters not.

why one hudred and ninety seven. I was thinking with Olmedo in the lineup and probably Hopper and maybe Harris that 198 would be the more natural choice.

Re: how many runs will the reds score this series?

Some funny answers, people!

Well... the REDS have avg. 6.33 runs/game vs. the Astros coming into this series (12G ; 76R). Therefore, with all variables like who is pitching for the Stros and how many have the REDS been scoring lately brushed aside... I'll say 10 runs total.

I actually meant runs. I figure it would take 9 a game to win.
