Rule V Draft?
Think we'll take a shot at anyone?
Dan Uggla was a rule 5er. |

Re: Rule V Draft?
I suppose that depends heavily upon who is available to be taken.

Re: Rule V Draft?
Changing the subject but staying on the title...Do we have anyone that will be left unprotected that will likely go?
What minor leaguers have to be added to the 40 this winter? Thankfully, Homer isn't on the list so he doesn't take up a slot until probably June or July.

Re: Rule V Draft?
Doc Scott usually does an excellent breakdown every year of what Reds are Rule V Draft eligible and who he thinks the Reds should go after.
Stay tuned for that. |

Re: Rule V Draft?
Man, I'm already way behind on the minor-league reports. But I'll do a little research between now and the draft, don't you worry.

Re: Rule V Draft?
Of course, it does depend on whose available, but I think we will. I was dismayed last year when we took no one, either in the major or the minor league draft.
