Re: Billy Ward on drums

Met him a couple of years back, when he was the drummer for Miss "What if God was one of us". Had dinner with him prior to the opening night of the Dixie Chicks world tour. Good times

Re: Billy Ward on drums

I knew that RZ's Wally Post was a professional drummer from the posts here. However, I never knew his real name until now. Kind of coincidental to this old headbanger that his name is the same as the original DRUMMER for Black Sabbath... Bill Ward.

Good stuff, Wally!

No, you can't hit a curve ball, but maybe you could ask Carly Simon if that song was about you?

Good work with the drummin!

Re: Billy Ward on drums

I'd be curious to know if Space Ace's reputation for the bottle was seen by you, Wally! I read an interview with Tod Howarth... said your playing was too good for the rest of the boys (Regan) in Frehley's Comet. Tod was real complimentary of your playing in the interview.

Re: Billy Ward on drums

On that first go round KISS reunion tour, Ace made my ears bleed. Saw them twice more after that--MUCH better.
