I think Brad Radke is coming out of retirement and signing with the Nats. Rumor is JimBo's shopping him as "fully recovered (clears throat)" with an asking price of Adam Dunn and Aaron Harang.

You're mixing up Jimmy Smits characters. He played Victor Sifuentes on LA Law and Matt Santos on West Wing. Sort of like Eddie Murphy calling Ron Howard "Opie Cunningham" on SNL!
