By Ryan Cook

An overturned truck will have Ohio 63 closed "well into the afternoon" Tuesday, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol Lebanon post and Ohio Department of Transportation officials.

A beer truck flipped in Turtlecreek Twp. on Ohio 63 east of Ohio 741 early Tuesday, knocking down several utility poles and spilling its contents. The driver's name is not yet available because troopers were still on the scene as of 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. It is unknown if the driver will be charged. No one was injured, police said.

Ohio 63 is closed between Ohio 741 and Hamilton and McClure roads, and traffic is being directed first to U.S. 42, then to Ohio 741 and back to Ohio 63.

This is the second serious accident of its kind in the past month near that intersection, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Close to ODOT, Lebanon Correctional Facility, and Otterbein retirement home.

Free beer for highway workers, prisoners, and old folk.
