How do I know this?
Check out page 45 of The Hardball Times 2007 Season Preview. THT has this to say: "RedsMinorLeagues.com is the best source for news and analysis of Reds minor league player development." Kudos to that Doug Gray fellow....   BTW, kudos to Justin for a very well written analysis of the Reds....

He seems to have changed a bit over the past year or two, kind of become a bit more of the 'I know what you need to think' mentality.
