I actually got my best sleep at the Holiday Inn on Lido Beach. After Wedneday night's game I came back to the hotel, took a shower, put my sleepers on, opened up the sliding glass door to the balcony, jumped in bed and started to read a book. I just closed my eyes then opened them, and got up to close the glass door... then I looked at the clock: it was 1:30am!!! I dosed off for about 3 hours!. I think it was a combination of hearing the loud surf and the fact that the room's AC didn't stay on all the time.

I lucked out and went thru Priceline 2 months before: $100 a night at the Hyatt and $90 a night at the Holiday Inn. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the Hyatt for Saturday night and had to pay almost $200/night.
