Late-season Schedule (Anomoly?)
The nature of the unbalanced schedule and the number of teams in the division lend themselves to this, but I find it interesting that, other than a four-game series in San Francisco (Thurs. Sep. 20 through Sun. Sep. 23,) every Reds away game after August 2 is within the division.
The famed west coast road trips this year are May 11-16 (Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego) June 18-24 (Oakland and Seattle.) |
