It is located between home plate and third base. I forget the price, though.

I remember getting a Tony Perez jersey at the old 580 Gift Shop. The problem was they used iron on lettering and numbers for Tony's name and number. After it was washed like two times the numbers and letters pretty much fell off.

From the Enquirer:

The shirt off their backs

You could be in a Reds uniform in no time - your name lettered on back of the jersey and everything. This year, a new heat-application process allows the jerseys to be customized in minutes, yet the letters still look as if they've been arduously stitched on.

The new jersey lettering system works so well, the Reds plan to use it for players, says Don Dierig, general manager of SportsService at Great American Ball Park. He saw the system demonstrated at a Las Vegas trade show last year, and brought it home to Cincinnati.

Fans will be able to buy the customized jerseys during games at a memorabilia stand in Section 119 at the Gap on the north side of GAPB. Dierig says the jerseys should be ready within 20 minutes after ordering. Customized replica jerseys cost $175 for adult sizes and $125 for children. Authentic jerseys cost $325.The Reds open the season at 2:10 p.m. Monday against the Chicago Cubs.

Now that's interesting. I'll believe it when I see in on the backs of the Reds players. If it really works well, it would save a lot of time and would put some seamstresses out of business. I've never seen a heat seal letter that holds up to multiple washings.

i never understood the desire to have one's own name on the back of a jersey, but i guess it makes just as much sense as having someone else's name on it:

Not exactly referring to our Red's but paying Gil Meche 11 million a year may have some thing to do with it lol.:
