Wish we had traded Kearns for him.

Re: Westbrook signs 3 year extension
Somebody on C Trent's blog just said it was 3/33. Seems a good deal for everybody involved. Westbrook's ERA is gonna float quite a bit since he relies on his defense so much. But after 3 straight years of 200+ IP and better than league average ERAs, I'd say the Tribe did well to keep it a 3 year commitment.

Re: Westbrook signs 3 year extension
Dear National Media:
Are you gonna hammer Cleveland for dishing $11 million a year to Westbrook, a pitcher inferior in every respect to Harang and Arroyo, both of whom the Reds locked up for less? Signed, Simply curious |

Re: Westbrook signs 3 year extension
I was up in Canton, OH the week before opening day and one of their leading stories on the newspaper was how the Indians needed to sign Westbrook soon. I guess they were listening. I sure would have loved to have Westbrook for Kearns.
