Got a little girl on the way.....
....and we're thinking about naming her Bailey. Sure hope Homer pans out for the Reds for many years to come. Of course, I like the name Bailey for several reasons:
1. Homer Bailey - Reds phenom. 2. Bailey Quarters - From one of the best shows ever, WKRP. 3. George Bailey - From the classic "It's A Wonderful Life". 4. Bailey's Irish Cream - My favorite after dinner drink. GO REDS!

My cousin's baby...well, toddler now...is named Bailey. I've always liked the name. Besides, it's mostly original.

My wife came up with it, not knowing about Homer Bailey. That's the first thing I thought of, which is sad in and of itself, I guess. I really do like the name, however.

I say go for it. It's an adorable name for a girl. Besides, when Homer Bailey makes it to the big leagues for good, you can get her a baby Bailey jersey!

Of course, the Bailey name is a well established Reds name - Homer will be preceded by Bob, Ed and Jim Bailey!

I've already bought her a little pink shirt that reads "My First Reds Tee".
All I'd have to do is have BAILEY with a number put on the back.

I have a daughter on the way too. I wanted to name her Milton, but thats just child abuse.
