Louisville plagued by errors...

The Bats continue to be plagued by errors, as their International League-leading total moved to 43 on Thursday. Bats manager Rick Sweet said the club would continue to emphasize fielding. "We're well aware of it. That's why we start work at 1:30 p.m. every day, working on it, practicing it," Sweet said. "That's all we can do is keep working at it and try to eliminate them." They fit in with this organization...

For a organization that likes to play the game the right way, we sure have some crappy performers when it comes to running the bases (Freel) and fielding.

It seems like the Bats pitchers make a lot of errors, plus any organization that plays Aaron Herr and Mark Bellhorn in its middle infield is bound to have some boots.
EdE's made three miscues there, as well. But none in the past several games. |
