You can't really fault Hopper at the top of the lineup. In his limited time, he seems to be just as productive as the struggling Freel. If he can back up last night's performance and get on base 2 or 3 times a game, he might lock up the spot for the near future.

Jerry is managing the game the way he played it back in the '70s. Speed, defense, sacrifice bunts and Astroturf. He apparently missed the fact that chicks (and people that love to score runs) dig the long ball.
