Roenicke blew the save for Dayton, but they take 5-2 lead in the 10th after a 3-run double by Bruce.

Szymanski must have finally found a stance and swing which works. The last time I saw him in Dayton, he was utterly confused. His stroke and stance both were all over the place.

Szymanski has been absolutely on fire the past 2 weeks. It would be great to see if he has turned the corner a little bit.

It would be absolutely terrific if he just woke up two weeks ago and said "Eureka" , he has the tools, even if he just gets good enough to trade for something of value, it would be awesome.

LOL I doubt it was that easy, but maybe he made an adjustment somewhere in his swing and figured out why he was missing certain pitches or something. In his last 11 games he is hitting .333 and slugging .871. Of course he has 15 strikeouts and just 1 walk over that time period.

In that case, avert your eyes.

Last night Pelland and Guevara were hit around, tonight its Medlock. Sports Illustrated has its cover curse. Looks like Redszone has the curse of Cyclone.
