Nice to see Richie back in the saddle...

What's the story with him? I seem to recall that he was starting to make some real progress, and then got hurt. Did he lose velocity? If so, how much of it is back? Thanks.

I think he belongs in Louisville. Valaika should be in Chattanooga, along with Bruce. Watson belongs in Sarsota. Votto belongs in Cincinnati, if only we could trade the Hat.

Yeah, you are probably right. He has the highest OPS of anyone his age over the last 6 years in that league. That is destroying the league my friend whether you want to admit it or not.

Aronchis, in all seriousness, I admire youre going against the grain approach, but how can you not acknowledge his utter destruction of the Florida State League?

He doesn't walk enough. Its the only thing you can say about Jay Bruce in any sort of negative way right now. The guy is hitting over .320 and slugging well over .500 in the FSL as a 20 year old. You know how many guys have done that? You can count them on 1 hand.
